ASX apportions telecommunications billing to 45 cost centers. They also direct bill their through costs to customers. Accurate bill validation is, therefore, extremely important. They use Quickcomm for this vital task with total confidence
ASX required automated use reporting for internal management, their pass-through clients and cost center managers, as well as billing exception reports. Quickcomm provides all these required reports as a part of the standard application.
ASX required a billing management system, which would handle electronic billing for multiple carriers. Prior to using Quickcomm, they had through billing and cost center allocation problems whenever the carriers change their billing format-which happens quite often.
Quickcomm provides all of its users with updated carrier bill import scripts whenever carrier formats change. As a result, this is no longer a problem issue for ASX.
