Job Title: Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Managing the flow of Wireline and Wireless electronic billing files from multiple providers into core data staging tables and all downstream applications
• Checking data for integrity and consistency using pre-defined quality control checks, escalating issues to appropriate groups and submitting requests for new client orders
• Oversee the loading of billing data from multiple sources using pre-defined loading procedures
• Track the receipt of data on a consistent and regular basis using available tools
• Follow up with multiple operating companies to acquire appropriate data files as needed
• Verify incoming data is timely and consistent to prior data sets
• Interface with multiple operating companies to correct data integrity issues
• Interface with a development team to work through changes in file and/or data layouts
• Performs other duties as assigned and directed
• Document and outline processes across multiple web applications

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or two years business experience
• Helpdesk experience a plus
