Technical & Implementation Support
Candidate will be responsible for the support and deployment of a proprietary application suite. This is a customer facing position so people skills both in person and over the phone are a must. We will train the right candidate.
Required Skills:
- Understanding of Microsoft products
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies fast, on-demand
- Detail-oriented approach
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with a high degree of independence
- Troubleshooting, analytical, and decision making abilities
- Telecom Billing and or Expense Management experience a big plus
- BS/BA degree in or work equivalent
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer phone/email from customers, both internal and external
- Application trouble shooting
- Basic training of users
- Deployment /change management for our internal applications
- Data loading from various database formats
- Communicates open ticket status to client
