Technical & Implementation Support

Candidate will be responsible for the support and deployment of a proprietary application suite. This is a customer facing position so people skills both in person and over the phone are a must. We will train the right candidate.

Required Skills:
  • Understanding of Microsoft products
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies fast, on-demand
  • Detail-oriented approach
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with a high degree of independence
  • Troubleshooting, analytical, and decision making abilities
  • Telecom Billing and or Expense Management experience a big plus
  • BS/BA degree in or work equivalent
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone/email from customers, both internal and external
  • Application trouble shooting
  • Basic training of users
  • Deployment /change management for our internal applications
  • Data loading from various database formats
  • Communicates open ticket status to client
