Quickcomm Adds Tom Erickson to Company's Board of Directors

Company adds seasoned professional to guide strategic direction of expanding company
New York, NY (March 6, 2007) - Quickcomm Software Solutions, a leading global provider of telecommunications expense management software and services, today announced the addition of Tom Erickson to the company's board of directors. Tom's extensive experience as the former CEO of Systinet, as well as his vast technology background, will help guide the strategic direction of the company during a time of rapid growth.

Tom Erickson was most recently the CEO of Systinet Corporation, a privately held software company recognized globally as a leader in providing a foundation for service oriented architectures (SOA) in Global 2000 companies. Systinet was sold to Mercury Interactive in 2006, which itself was acquired by Hewlett Packard (HP).
Prior to Systinet, Tom was the executive vice-president, international for webMethods, a NASDAQ listed company recognized as the fastest growing software company in the USA from 1998 to 2003. During the time that Tom was at webMethods, their international business averaged 90% annual growth. Before webMethods, Tom was President, Asia Pacific for the Baan Company, also based in Sydney. Tom joined Baan in 1997 and before his posting to Sydney was President, MSO Division, based at the corporate head office in Reston, Virginia. In that role, he had worldwide responsibility for all maintenance management and field service business.
Prior to Baan, he held a variety of worldwide executive positions in enterprise application software companies, including Watermark Software / FileNet, Delrina, Thomson Software and MRO Software. Tom earned his honors degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Tom joins fellow board members: Mark Evans, CEO of Quickcomm, Stephen Coleman, CFO of Quickcomm, Roger Allen of Allen & Buckeridge Pty Ltd. and John Dyson, Investment Principal for Starfish Ventures. Alongside Quickcomm's leaders, Roger Allen and John Dyson bring a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge to the table as members of the board.
Roger has had over 30 years of experience of creating and growing global businesses in the information technology and telecom industries including co-founding CP Ventures Limited with Roger Buckeridge and Allen & Buckeridge Pty Ltd. Roger currently leads A&B's role with 5 investee companies and serves on the boards of 6 investees of A&B venture capital funds.
John Dyson is one of the founders of Starfish Ventures and has considerable experience
in providing support and assistance to technology companies. John has been a Director of numerous technology companies in Australia and the USA including Energee Entertainment Pty Ltd, Meddicoll Pty Limited, The Preston Group Pty Ltd, UDU World Pty Ltd, Zoom Systems Corporation, Hypertec Research Pty Ltd and Compumedics Limited. John has established a strong network of relationships with the major venture capital participants and financial intermediaries in Australia, as well as fostering relationships with a network of venture capital participants, especially in the USA and Asia.
