QUICKCOMM APPOINTS FRANK CRISCUOLO VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND MARKETING
Seasoned telecommunications professional to manage business development

NEW YORK - January 16, 2008 - Quickcomm Software Solutions, a leading global provider of telecommunications expense management software and services, today announced the addition of Frank Criscuolo to its executive team. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Criscuolo will manage the company's business development planning and execution.
Criscuolo joins Quickcomm with over 20 years of sales experience in complex solution sales across a variety of vertical markets. In his new role, Criscuolo will be responsible for directing the company's sales efforts, formulating strategic alliances as well as overseeing product marketing.

Criscuolo has over 10 years of sales management experience in the software industry. Prior to joining Quickcomm, Criscuolo was most recently Regional Sales Manager at BMC Software. He has also held management positions at Oracle, Kronos and Friedman Corporation.

Criscuolo holds a bachelor's degree in telecommunications from Kutztown University in Pennsylvania.
