Security and Confidentiality of Information
Quickcomm takes security seriously and implements on-going measures to prevent Client Information from being lost, misused, altered, destroyed, accessed without authorization, or inappropriately disclosed. To prevent unauthorized access, to maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the correct use of information, Quickcomm has implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure Client Information. Quickcomm is Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) number 16, Type II certified. To become SSAE 16certified, Quickcomm contracted an independent third party to test and verify its security measures related to storing, processing, and maintaining Client Information.
Integrity of Data
Quickcomm will use and process Client Information only for the purposes for which it was collected or the purposes authorized by the client. Quickcomm will take all reasonable steps to ensure that any Client Information received by Quickcomm is used for its intended purpose and is accurate, complete, and current.
Changes to this privacy policy
Quickcomm reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. If Quickcomm implements a change, the change will be reflected in this Policy. If the change is material, Quickcomm will notify the client by posting a notice prior to its implementation. Quickcomm encourages its clients to periodically review this Policy to be informed of how its Client Information is protected.
Changes in corporate structure
If all or part of Quickcomm is sold, merged or otherwise transferred to an unrelated entity, the personal information you provided at this website may be transferred as part of that transaction. However, Quickcomm will take steps to assure that the personal information is used in a manner consistent with the Quickcomm Privacy Policy in effect at the time of such transfer.

If you have a complaint

We will promptly acknowledge and investigate complaints. If you do not receive a satisfactory response to your complaint, you may pursue the matter further through independent arbitration proceedings by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association. The place of arbitration shall be in the State of Connecticut. Quickcomm agrees to submit to such arbitration for purposes of resolution of complaints raised in connection with this Privacy Policy.
