Services Inventory Management

The key is in the level of detail stored against every service you use. Quickcomm Enterprise allows the storage of all telecommunications service attributes, giving a clear description of each service, service history and a description of each service use. This information is accessible and updateable from multiple users, each pertaining to their own particular function.

Order Tracking

While having a complete service inventory is important, the crucial factor from a cost management perspective is whether or not the service is being used or is necessary.

Quickcomm Service Ordering and Service Testing functions allow orders placed against services such as installations, diversions or cancellations to be tracked to completion and then checked against the corresponding bills.

Cost Center Allocation

This is critical for accurately assessing your need for various services offered by your providers. Because no service can be entered into the database without entering its cost center details, when a service appears that cannot be allocated, it is likely that it is not needed.

A full history of cost center allocations is maintained to ensure accurate cost allocation over long reporting periods.

Cost or Profit Center allocation of every service you use provides an 'ownership' of costs. This enables telecom cost containment at the line management level.

Billing Management

All charges are allocated as per the cost center profile for each service-and any charges imported for new, unknown or cancelled services will be highlighted to the user.

Charge exceptions (such as significant deviations from the previous bill, or unused services) are also automatically highlighted via a user notification report.

Reporting

To gain the full benefit of the wealth of information contained within Quickcomm Enterprise, comprehensive reporting is embedded in the system and includes a broad range of reports, such as those focused on Inventory, Billing or Divisional Analysis.

All reports include a wide range of filtering options allowing you to customize the report.

Quick Report Pro

Quick Report Pro allows for an even greater level of control in your automated reporting. Drawing "up to the minute" information from Quickcomm, Quick Report Pro provides the ability to automatically generate and distribute pre-defined reports to all key personnel within the organization. With Quick Report Pro, users can create anything from a graphical monthly telecommunications expenditure summary for a divisional head, to a call by call usage report for an individual user.
